  • Technical Consultant - Remote (Global)

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for successful design, configuration, and deployment of technical solutions to meet with our customers business objectives.

    Develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within the customer as well as our vendors, adopting a consultative and prescriptive approach that inspires trust and confidence.

    Maintain implementation proficiency and the ability to implement any of our vendors products independently while keeping abreast of the dynamic Cybersecurity and enterprise IT landscape.

    Producing and updating documentation for customer engagements to a professional standard.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    2 years' ‘Hands on’ experience deploying and/or supporting security and network related products / software.

    Experience deploying or supporting Windows and/or Unix, Linux systems, with scripting experience preferable.

    Experience in IT infrastructure including but not limited to, servers, networks and endpoints.

    Have good knowledge of IT, IoT, IoMT or OT devices.

    Knowledge/experience of deploying IT in a secure way following industry best practices.

    Excellent written document skills.

    Hands on experience with Forescout products would be an essential.

    Excellent customer interaction and presentation skills (ability to clearly articulate to different audiences and bring the message across in a concise, professional manner)

    Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites globally.

    Ambitious individual with a ‘can do’ attitude.

  • Senior Technical Consultant – Remote (Global)

    Responsibilities

    Develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within the customer as well as our vendors, adopting a consultative and prescriptive approach that inspires trust and confidence.

    Maintain advanced implementation proficiency and the ability to implement any of our vendors products independently while keeping abreast of the dynamic Cybersecurity and enterprise IT landscape.

    Producing and updating documentation for customer engagements to a professional standard.

    Providing guidance, assistance and training to Technical Consultants and acting as a mentor to newer team members.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    4 years' ‘Hands on’ experience deploying and/or supporting security and network related products / software.

    Experience deploying or supporting Windows, Unix and Linux systems, with scripting experience across one or more of these platforms, such as Powershell, Bash, Python or similar.

    Experience in IT infrastructure including but not limited to, servers, networks and endpoints.

    Have good knowledge of IT, IoT, IoMT or OT devices.

    Knowledge/experience of deploying IT in a secure way following industry best practices.

    Excellent written document skills.

    Forescout technical FSCA certification would be an essential.

    Excellent customer interaction and presentation skills (ability to clearly articulate to different audiences and bring the message across in a concise, professional manner)

    Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites globally.

    Ambitious individual with a ‘can do’ attitude.
