Technical Engineer - Global (Remote)
Responsibilities
Responsible for customer engagement tasks such as health checks on deployed platforms, or responding to support requests and providing initial triage and support, all focused on helping to achieve customers business objectives alongside senior colleagues.
Develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within the customer as well as our vendors, adopting a consultative and prescriptive approach that inspires trust and confidence.
Develop troubleshooting proficiency and the ability to review and advise on deployment for any of our vendors products independently while keeping abreast of the dynamic Cybersecurity and enterprise IT landscape.
Updating systems and documentation on customer status and activities to assist senior colleagues in further engagements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience using, deploying or supporting Windows and/or Unix, Linux systems.
Excellent written and verbal skills for documentation as part of customer interactions. An ability to clearly articulate to different audiences and bring the message across in a concise, professional manner.
Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites globally.
Ambitious individual with a ‘can do’ attitude.

Associate Technical Consultant - Remote (Global)

Responsible for contributing to successful design, configuration, and deployment of technical solutions to meet with our customers business objectives alongside senior colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
2 years' ‘Hands on’ experience deploying and/or supporting security and network related products / software.
Experience deploying or supporting Windows and/or Unix, Linux systems, with scripting experience preferable.
Experience in IT infrastructure including but not limited to, servers, networks and endpoints.
Have good knowledge of IT, IoT, IoMT or OT devices.
Knowledge/experience of deploying IT in a secure way following industry best practices.
Excellent written document skills.
Hands on experience with Forescout products would be an essential.
Excellent customer interaction and presentation skills (ability to clearly articulate to different audiences and bring the message across in a concise, professional manner)
Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites globally.

Providing guidance, assistance and training to Technical Consultants and acting as a mentor to newer team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
4 years' ‘Hands on’ experience deploying and/or supporting security and network related products / software.
Experience deploying or supporting Windows, Unix and Linux systems, with scripting experience across one or more of these platforms, such as Powershell, Bash, Python or similar.
Experience in IT infrastructure including but not limited to, servers, networks and endpoints.
Have good knowledge of IT, IoT, IoMT or OT devices.
Knowledge/experience of deploying IT in a secure way following industry best practices.
Excellent written document skills.
Forescout technical FSCA certification would be an essential.
Excellent customer interaction and presentation skills (ability to clearly articulate to different audiences and bring the message across in a concise, professional manner)
Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites globally.
